I am pleased to join Sheena and the teams at West Norwood and Streatham Common as Head of Strategy and Commercial Operations, bringing over 18 years’ experience in early years education. My passion for early years has developed through both my professional experience and becoming a mother, and I believe strongly in creating nurturing environments that balance high-quality education with fun, supporting positive children’s outcomes and readiness for their next stage of learning.

Alongside this, my operational experience collaborates nursery teams to strengthen day-to-day operations, maintain high standards of care and safeguarding, and ensure nurseries run smoothly and sustainably. As a mum of two, I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident when choosing childcare and am committed to ensuring families feel supported, valued, and reassured.
