Nursery Manager

Hi, I’m Lyn Barallon Hibbert, and I bring over 20 years of experience in early years education to my role as a Nursery Manager. Working in childcare has always been more than just a job it’s my passion and purpose. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children of all ages and leading teams in a variety of settings, including an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery. These experiences have shaped my deep commitment to delivering high-quality care and education.

As a manager, I place strong emphasis on implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework with integrity and purpose. I believe that a nurturing, stimulating environment is the foundation for a child’s learning and development. I work closely with my team to ensure every child feels valued, supported, and inspired each day. I also value strong partnerships with families and take pride in creating a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

I am a hands-on leader who believes in empowering staff, celebrating strengths, and working together to create a positive, professional atmosphere. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, shopping, and being outdoors all of which keep me grounded and bring renewed energy into my role.

I’m truly excited to begin this new chapter and look forward to building meaningful connections with the children, families, and team. I look forward in meeting you all soon.
