Nursery Manager

My name is Lauren and I am delighted to be the new Nursery Manager at Monkey Puzzle Streatham.

I am looking forward to being a part of this fabulous setting and getting to know you all.

I have throughly enjoyed my experiences within the early years sector, from starting out as an apprentice to being a passionate room leader, deputy and over the past year a very dedicated manager.

I deeply believe in creating a happy, safe, and inspiring place for children to learn and grow. I love to see every child having the opportunities to explore, discover, and build confidence through exciting, meaningful experiences.

Furthermore, I am also passionate about supporting my staff team and their well-being to ensure everyone is happy to work together to create a caring and high-quality environment for all our families.

My goal is to make sure every child feels valued, supported, and excited to come to nursery each day.
