This Anti-Bullying Week, we’re celebrating the power of kindness – and how even our youngest children can make a big difference.

At Monkey Puzzle Streatham, we believe every small moment is an opportunity to model kindness, nurture empathy, and help children build the foundations for positive relationships. 🌱

This week, we were thrilled to host Zoolab, an interactive animal experience that our children absolutely loved! Feedback from parents and staff has been overwhelmingly positive, and the timing couldn’t have been better. It was a wonderful reminder that learning through play and curiosity strengthens empathy and respect for all living things.

Anti-Bullying Week also reminds us that:

Kindness is taught through example – children notice and mirror the way adults treat others.
Empathy grows through connection – understanding feelings starts with meaningful interactions.
Confidence blooms when children feel safe and valued – every child deserves to be heard and supported.

Even the smallest acts can make a huge difference: a comforting word, a gentle reminder to take turns, or helping a child find their voice. By celebrating and practicing these moments every day, we’re planting seeds that grow into lifelong kindness and respect.

Creating a kinder world starts right here in our nursery, one small act at a time.
