Nursery Manager

With over 20 years of experience in early years education and childcare, I have worked across both corporate and private settings, including as a Nursery Manager and previous owner-manager. I’m passionate about creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. As a parent myself, I know how important it is to feel confident in the people caring for your child. Building strong relationships with families is a big part of my role. I believe in being approachable, listening to parents and keeping communication open, so they always feel informed and reassured. My goal is simple: to give every child the best possible start in life, while creating a nursery where children are happy, cared for and able to make memories that last.
